- Assist Front Office Manager in the management of the department
- Handle all guest related issues, oversee and address any challenges as the Manager on Duty
- Review, verify and react to all group resumes, checking billing, room types, arrival, departure dates, and VIP designations
- Higher Diploma or above in Hospitality related discipline
- Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience
- Previous Front Office experience in supervisory/management level in hotel of similar capacity is preferred
- Excellent problem solving and interpersonal communication skills, highly motivated and team focused
- Strong sense of service excellence
- Strong drive to achieve results and willingness to proactively improve ways of working and services are essential
- Good spoken, written and reading ability in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
