- Lead strategic projects focused on developing and enhancing insurance product offerings, or other specialized insurance products.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation, to ensure successful delivery within scope and deadlines.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across product development, underwriting, claims, IT, and compliance teams to align initiatives with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
- Drive operational efficiency improvements through process optimization, system enhancements, or digital transformation initiatives.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring compliance with local and international insurance regulations.
- Facilitate agile or waterfall methodologies, conducting sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives as needed.
- Oversee quality assurance, testing, and successful implementation of project deliverables.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, Insurance, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of project management experience, with at least 3 years in the insurance industry and strong expertise in insurance products.
- Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese
