Project Officer (PO I) (Contract) (Continuing Care)

• A degree holder or above in a related disciplinary

• At least two years working experience in related field

• Responsible for volunteer management and all volunteer matching related activities

• Assist in client assessments, data entry and clerical support to the team

• Assist in district-based programs to promote project

• Handle all public education activities and online or offline promotion activities

• To provide support to all activities related to carer support programmes
