- Distribute draft meeting minutes and coordinate follow-up actions with service providers to ensure timely resolution.
- Independently address email inquiries from directors and clients to facilitate smooth operations.
- Oversee or contribute to various team-related projects to enhance operational efficiency.
- Ensure the accuracy and upkeep of key databases, applications, and digital portals used by the team.
- Minimum of 2 years in a company secretarial role within the funds sector
- Proficiency in English with strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proven organizational skills and the capacity to excel in a dynamic, high-pressure setting.
- Self-driven attitude with a commitment to staying informed on industry trends and regulatory updates.
- Holder of a Bachelor's degree or above
