- Prepare executive-level presentations, reports, and communications tailored for internal and external stakeholders.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis focused on the Asia SaaS landscape;
- Identify and onboard high-potential partners, brands, or merchants across Asia;
- Develop and execute commercial strategies to exceed revenue and performance KPIs;
- Use data and insights to track performance, optimize campaigns, and inform strategic decisions;
- Regularly report on KPIs, forecasts, and market trends to senior leadership;
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and sales teams to gather insights and prepare strategic briefs.
- Design and scale innovative partner programs (e.g., advertising subscriptions, loyalty schemes);
- Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities to build brand presence and generate leads.
- Support cross-functional initiatives including product launches, go-to-market strategies, and regional expansion plans;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Marketing, Ops) to ensure seamless execution;
- Track progress of strategic projects and ensure alignment with business goals;
- Help prioritize initiatives based on data, impact, and resource availability.
- Act as a liaison between the executive team and internal departments, clients, and partners across Asia;
- Facilitate communication and follow-up on action items from leadership meetings.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or related field;
- 3–5 years of experience in executive support, business analysis, or business development roles, ideally in tech, SaaS, or marketplace platforms;
- Strong understanding of SaaS business models and product lifecycle;
- Strong understanding of the Asia market and SMB dynamics;
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills;
- Fluent in English; proficiency in an Asian language (e.g., Mandarin, Cantonese, Japanese, Korean, Vietnamese) is a plus;
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and collaboration.
- Experience working with product teams or in a startup environment;
- Background in launching or scaling B2B/B2C platforms or marketplaces;
- Familiarity with analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau);
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
- Familiarity with tools like Salesforce, or similar CRM/BI platforms.
