Job Summary:We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Strategic Executive Assistant to support our senior leadership team in a fast-paced tech/SaaS environment. This role combines high-level executive support with strategic and analytical responsibilities, contributing directly to product and business decisions across the Asia market. The ideal candidate will be tech-savvy, data-driven, and passionate about innovation and growth in the SaaS space.Key Responsibilities:Executive & Operational Support
  • Prepare executive-level presentations, reports, and communications tailored for internal and external stakeholders.
Strategic & Analytical Support
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis focused on the Asia SaaS landscape;
  • Identify and onboard high-potential partners, brands, or merchants across Asia;
  • Develop and execute commercial strategies to exceed revenue and performance KPIs;
  • Use data and insights to track performance, optimize campaigns, and inform strategic decisions;
  • Regularly report on KPIs, forecasts, and market trends to senior leadership;
  • Collaborate with product, marketing, and sales teams to gather insights and prepare strategic briefs.
Partnership & Program Innovation
  • Design and scale innovative partner programs (e.g., advertising subscriptions, loyalty schemes);
  • Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities to build brand presence and generate leads.
Project & Product Coordination
  • Support cross-functional initiatives including product launches, go-to-market strategies, and regional expansion plans;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Marketing, Ops) to ensure seamless execution;
  • Track progress of strategic projects and ensure alignment with business goals;
  • Help prioritize initiatives based on data, impact, and resource availability.
Stakeholder Engagement
  • Act as a liaison between the executive team and internal departments, clients, and partners across Asia;
  • Facilitate communication and follow-up on action items from leadership meetings.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or related field;
  • 3–5 years of experience in executive support, business analysis, or business development roles, ideally in tech, SaaS, or marketplace platforms;
  • Strong understanding of SaaS business models and product lifecycle;
  • Strong understanding of the Asia market and SMB dynamics;
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills;
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in an Asian language (e.g., Mandarin, Cantonese, Japanese, Korean, Vietnamese) is a plus;
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and collaboration.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience working with product teams or in a startup environment;
  • Background in launching or scaling B2B/B2C platforms or marketplaces;
  • Familiarity with analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau);
  • Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
  • Familiarity with tools like Salesforce, or similar CRM/BI platforms.
