About the Role As a Relationship Manager, you’ll own the full client journey from fi rst inquiry to post-placement support. This is a hands-on role that combines consultative sales, operational coordination, paperwork and visa processing, and confl ict resolution. You’ll guide employers through the hiring process, manage expectations, and deliver excellent service that builds trust.You’ll also work with and oversee a remote assistant who helps with documentation and scheduling tasks. However, you remain accountable for the overall client experience and process quality.You’ll be part of a diverse team of 12 colleagues based across Hong Kong, Malaysia, and the Philippines. We share knowledge and support one another while working in a mission-driven, fast-paced environment.We’re looking for someone who is proactive, highly organized, and thrives on getting things done. Your work will directly shape the experience of both families and workers, making the hiring journey smoother, clearer, and more ethical for everyone involved.What You’ll DoClient Relationship Management
  • Guide employers through the hiring process. Manage expectations, create clear timelines, and handle everything from consultation to deployment.
  • Build trust and maintain strong relationships throughout the process.
  • Provide ongoing support and resolve issues or disputes when they arise.
  • Sales and Conversion
  • Convert inbound leads through consultations and follow-ups.
  • Achieve monthly placement and revenue targets. Typical target: 8–10 placements/month (varies by season and lead volume).
  • Track client status in our CRM and ensure all steps are followed through.
Deployment and Project Management
  • Coordinate all paperwork and documentation for each case.
  • Work with our partners and processing assistants to manage visa and contract processes end to end.
  • Liaise with institutions in Hong Kong, the Philippines, and Indonesia to ensure timely processing.
  • Service Quality and Teamwork
  • Deliver consistently excellent service.
  • Offer feedback and suggestions to improve workfl ows and client experience.
  • Collaborate with your teammates in Hong Kong, Malaysia, and the Philippines to handle complex cases and troubleshoot problems.
What We’re Looking For
  • Fluent in Cantonese and English (Mandarin is a plus). This is non-negotiable.
  • Willingness to work 2 Sundays a month. Our team works 5 days a week, and Sundays are our busiest day.
  • Excellent communication and confl ict resolution skills.
  • Sales-driven with a strong service mindset.
  • Comfortable using CRM tools and managing email and phone communication.
  • We’re not looking for managers or overseers. We want hands-on, action-oriented people who take ownership and get things done.
