My client is looking for a dedicated and customer-oriented IT Support Officer to provide Level 1 to internal users. The successful candidate will be fluent in Cantonese and English, and capable of resolving a wide range of IT issues while ensuring excellent service delivery.Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the first point of contact for IT support via phone, E-Mail, or ticketing system.
  • Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve incidents related to desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
  • Support Microsoft Office 365, Windows OS, and enterprise applications.
  • Escalate complex issues to higher-level support teams when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate records of issues and resolutions in the service management system.
  • Assist with user account management, including password resets and access provisioning.
  • Participate in IT projects, system rollouts, and patch management.
  • Ensure timely communication and follow-up with users to maintain high satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Higher Diploma or above in Information Technology or a related field.
  • 4 years of experience providing Level 1 and Level 2 IT support in a service desk or technical support environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, Windows 10/11, and basic networking.
  • Familiarity with ITIL processes and service management tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills in Cantonese and English (spoken and written).
