- Act as the first point of contact for IT support via phone, E-Mail, or ticketing system.
- Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve incidents related to desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
- Support Microsoft Office 365, Windows OS, and enterprise applications.
- Escalate complex issues to higher-level support teams when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of issues and resolutions in the service management system.
- Assist with user account management, including password resets and access provisioning.
- Participate in IT projects, system rollouts, and patch management.
- Ensure timely communication and follow-up with users to maintain high satisfaction.
- Higher Diploma or above in Information Technology or a related field.
- 4 years of experience providing Level 1 and Level 2 IT support in a service desk or technical support environment.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, Windows 10/11, and basic networking.
- Familiarity with ITIL processes and service management tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills in Cantonese and English (spoken and written).
