Specialist, Product Operations (1-year contract, 25-30k)

• Prepare monthly forecasting data on sales, products and inventory, analyse results and communicate to the team and all key stakeholders
• Prepare reports and analyse data using advanced Excel functions (vlookup, pivot table, etc.) and in-house system
• Maintain and update product information (such as product descriptions, articles, etc.) of all categories and ensure correctness of the data in the system
• Manage showroom operations and projects including but not limited to event coordination and arrangement of part-time staff
• Support clerical and other ad hoc duties of the team

• Higher Diploma or above in Business or related discipline
• At least 2-3 years of experience in retail industry, handling sales and product data for sportswear and fast fashion are highly preferred
• Proficient in MS Office. Advanced Excel skills are MUST
• Strong knowledge and background in data analysis, statistics with good analytical and presentation skills
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, fluent written and verbal Cantonese and English, able to collaborate and work cross-team
• Passion or knowledge in sports will be a good cultural fit
• Immediate availability is highly preferred

• 1-year renewable contract
• 25-30k (depends on exp)
