POSITION SUMMARYManage and support data centre operations and equipment maintenancePRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Operate computers and related equipment in data centre
  • Perform daily system backup and monitoring work
  • Maintain log books and operating records for equipment
  • Assist in first line technical support -Handle ad-hoc projects as assigned
  • Shift duty is required (Day shift: 0800 – 1700, Night shift: 1600 – 2400) on roster basis -Work Location: Tuen Mun
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS
  • F.5 or DSE graduated
  • With diploma in Computer Science / Information Systems or Related discipline preferred
  • Good knowledge in MS office (MS Word, Excel)
  • Possess some working experience in help desk/end user support
  • Willing to work on shift duty
  • Good communication skills
  • Immediate available is preferred
  • Fresh graduate will also be considered
