Finance Manager - Overseas Education Organization (Up to 50k)

• Responsible for day-to-day financial operations: financial accounting, month-end/year- end closing, audit, tax and company secretarial work, etc.
• Budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, cost control and reporting
• Regular review of accounting policies. Ensuring compliance and internal control
• Liaison and collaborate with Finance Shared Service Team and Corporate Finance Team
• Liaison and collaborate with internal and external auditor, tax representative, company secretarial provider, vendor and banker, etc.
• Management of all HR operation activities: recruitment, management of employee records, compensation & benefits. payroll, MPF, tax filing and HR cost allocation
• Ensuring compliance: employment ordinances, tax obligations and in line with company's standards

• Degree in Accounting, Finance and related disciplines;
• Professional accounting qualification or equivalent;
• At least 5 years of post-qualification professional and supervisory experience in accounting, finance, treasury, auditing and/or other related fields
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
• Sound computer skills, including Excel, PowerPoint, MS Word; and
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.
