  • Full-time availability is required. Roster will be scheduled according to operation needs, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Proficiency in either English, Cantonese, or Mandarin.
  • Willing to work at various locations within the resort, including outdoor areas.
  • Comfortable with standing for long periods and lifting heavy items when needed.
  • Good team player and with effective communication skills for a diverse workforce.
  • Speed, accuracy and efficiency are required and ability to work well under pressure.
  • Diploma or equivalent vocational training certificate.
  • Ensure work safety and food hygiene standards in the kitchen.

  • Prepare ingredients such as washing, peeling, chopping, and slicing vegetables and fruits, as well as assisting in measuring and portioning items.
  • Follow recipes and cooking guidelines to prepare a variety of dishes, ensuring food meets quality, consistency, and presentation standards.
  • Prepare salads, sauces, and other dishes, including specialty recipes, as directed by the Chef De Partie or Lead Chef.
  • Cook different cuisines, including Chinese dishes like dim sum, BBQ, and wok items, for both buffet and à la carte services.
  • Work in various kitchen areas such as Butchery, Cold Kitchen, Hot Kitchen, Grill, or Sushi, based on operational needs.
  • Safely operate kitchen equipment and maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations while following hygiene and food safety guidelines.
  • Assist with receiving and checking deliveries, ensuring proper labeling, storage, and stock rotation (FIFO).
  • Perform routine tasks such as temperature checks, food labeling, and scheduled cleaning to ensure a safe and efficient kitchen environment.
  • Collaborate with the team to meet daily kitchen production needs and provide Guests with high-quality dining experiences.
