The successful candidate will enforce Deed of Mutual Covenant or Tenancy Agreement terms, handle requests and complaints from tenants and owners, perform day-to-day building management and inspection services, and oversee property maintenance, security and cleaning services.Requirements:

Degree holders with 1 year of relevant experience or Diploma/Higher Certificate with 3 years of relevant experience
Fluency in Putonghua an advantage
Knowledge of PC operations
Candidates with less experience will be considered the position of Assistant Property Officer
