Quantity Surveyor - MTR project

• 5 days work in a week
• New MTR line in northern area
• 14AL + year end bonus

• Assist in providing cost estimates and plans for various new opportunities in line with outline specifications.
• Source and provide accurate pricing information for materials, labour, plant and equipment.
• Assist with obtaining quotations and reviewing, analysing and recommending data to senior management.
• Assisting Quantity Surveyor to produce relevant monthly reports; cost and value comparisons, turnover forecasts; ensuring information is complete and accurate.

• Minimum of 3 years relevant working experience in quantity surveying
• Good knowledge of measurement, contractual skills and problem-solving skills
• Exceptional relationship building skills, self-motivated, problem solver and proactive commercial and financial awareness and solid understanding of the construction and measurement processes.
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills, both oral & written in Chinese & English

• Diploma or degree in Degree in Quantity Surveying
