- Strategic guidance: Define and guide the execution of the subscription or loyalty growth strategy across a wide selection of our markets, aligning with our global and local objectives.
- Thought leadership: Act as an advisor to local market teams, providing strategic guidance and solutions on subscription-related challenges and opportunities; based on thorough thinking: starting with your guts, but validating with data.
- Performance Reporting: Deliver high-level performance reviews, reports, and presentations to C-suite, offering actionable recommendations, and driving decision-making.
- Best Practices Development: Spearhead the identification and roll out of best practices across markets to continuously level up each country’s subscription and loyalty offering. These can be in any function that supports the development of our subscription program (Logistics, Commercial, Marketing and Pricing, Product)
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with regional and local teams in Commercial, Product, and Marketing to deliver the seamless execution of any supported initiative.
- Minimum 8 years of relevant work experience, with at least 4 years (excluding internships) in top-tier management consulting, investment banking, private equity, or in a strategy/business development role in a high-growth environment
- At least 4 years in B2C tech, preferably within Growth or marketing functions
- Proven management experience, with a track record of influencing cross-functional teams
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to quickly translate data findings into insights and materials for decision-making.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with proven ability to influence senior leaders and collaborate with cross-functional, international teams within a matrix organization.
- Good understanding of subscription business models, customer acquisition strategies, and product lifecycle management.
- A basic understanding of a Profit and Loss statement, and how a subscription program can impact it, is needed
