The ideal candidate will be a strategic leader with a proven track record in retail management, driving profitability, team development, and operational excellence.---Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and support a portfolio of retail stores to achieve sales targets, KPIs, and operational goals.
  • Conduct regular store visits to ensure compliance with company standards, visual merchandising, and inventory management.
  • Analyze sales reports, market trends, and customer feedback to implement improvement strategies.
  • Recruit, train, and mentor store managers and staff to enhance performance and engagement.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service and brand consistency across all locations.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership on business growth initiatives, including new store openings.
  • Monitor budgets, expenses, and profitability while optimizing operational efficiency.
  • Address challenges proactively and implement solutions to enhance store performance.

  • 3+ years of retail management experience, including multi-store oversight.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with proficiency in retail analytics and reporting tools.
  • Ability to travel frequently within the assigned region.
