  • Responsible for overall coordination of BMS projects;
  • Manage projects can be completed timely, efficiently, safely and professionally;
  • Coordinate with all related parties to ensure smooth project delivery;
  • Attend project site meetings and conduct site surveys;
  • Supervise the installation works of subcons;
  • Conduct project testing and commissioning on site and make sure smooth delivery of projects to clients;
  • Prepare technical proposals of the projects / enhancement to the customers;
  • Perform call-out duties and work at irregular hours occasionally as assigned by supervisor.
Job Requirements:
  • Degree holder in Building Services / BMS related disciplines with professional qualification preferable;
  • Minimum of 3 years' relevant experience in BMS maintenance or projects;
  • Experience for the protocols such as Modbus, BACnet;
  • Strong attention to detail, high flexibility and well-organized;
  • Good command of English and Chinese;
  • Hard working and able to work under pressure;
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered as Engineer.
