Develop and maintain tools and scripts to automate day-to-day workflow.
Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of internal data through regular quality audits and validation procedures.
Support the systematic collection and monitoring of external market and competitor data to inform strategic initiatives.
Contribute to the design and implementation of data management processes for our competitive intelligence function.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or higher. Undergraduates are also welcome.
High proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), with advanced skills in Excel (e.g., PivotTables, advanced formulas).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
Experience leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs) for problem solving, coupled with a critical eye for potential inaccuracies in AI-generated output.
Preferred: Hands-on experience with Google Workspace (especially Sheets, Apps Script).
Preferred: Familiarity with BI tools like Looker or Looker Studio.
Preferred: Basic knowledge of JavaScript for scripting and automation.
