The Bank's slogan of 'For Personalized Service' and 'All in a Family' denotes the Bank's devotion to providing personalized services to its clients and promoting a harmonious relationship among its staff members.Responsibilities:Lead and manage projects within the Operations Division, including system enhancement (e.g. Automation, AI integration) and process improvement.Gather and analyze requirements from internal stakeholders to ensure a comprehensive understanding of business needs and identify opportunities for improvement.Collaborate with IT teams to design and implement system solutions, ensuring successful adoption.Conduct sample checks and inspections of operational activities to ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards, and implement controls/risk mitigation strategies as needed.Provide clear stakeholder communication throughout the project lifecycle to ensure alignment and timely issue resolution.Maintain comprehensive and traceable project documentation, including business requirements, test plans, issue logs and implementation strategies.Provide training and support to end-users on adaptation to new systems and processes.Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned.Requirements:Degree holder in Business Administration, Computer Science or relevant disciplines.Minimum 5 years of experience in project management and business analysis, preferably in banking or financial services.Strong knowledge of banking operations and regulatory frameworks, as well as experience in implementing AI, automation and transformation initiatives.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify actionable improvements.Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with internal and external stakeholders.We offer competitive remuneration commensurate with candidate’s background.
