We are seeking a Senior Network Engineer for a leading financial institution in Hong Kong.The Role
- Design and deploy enterprise-grade network infrastructure including LAN/WAN, VPN, firewalls, and wireless systems.
- Provide technical support for office relocations, ensuring seamless network setup and transition.
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal uptime and reliability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support both infrastructure and office relocation projects.
- Implement and maintain network and security standards.
- Manage network hardware and software upgrades, patches, and configurations.
- Document network architecture, procedures, and configurations.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum 5 - 10 years of hands-on experience in enterprise network engineering.
- Strong knowledge of Cisco, Fortinet, Palo Alto, Aruba or similar network platforms.
- Proven experience in Aruba and Cisco Wi-Fi deployment and optimization.
- Solid understanding of routing protocols including BGP and OSPF..
- Experience with network monitoring tools (e.g., SolarWinds).
- Familiarity with cloud networking (Azure, AWS) is a plus.
- Professional certifications such as CCIE or CCNP are HIGHLY PREFERRED.
