Description[MNC] 客戶服務代表 Customer Services Representative (Mon-Fri 9-6pm) #RWF 金融跨國公司，穩定工作 每月連津貼 $17,000-20,000 + 2-3 個月花紅 地點：香港各地區 (新界西 葵涌至元朗地區, 九龍, 香港島)
  • Mon-Fri 9-6pm, no OT !
  • 有薪年假12日起 + 生日假 + 週年假 = 一年14日假
  • 良好待遇及完善福利，包括醫療及人壽保險、其他津貼等
  • 不是Sales，沒有Cold Call
工作職責： * 處理貸款申請相關事項，包括收集和審核申請文件、確認客戶資格等。
  • 提供客戶服務，回答分行的一般查詢，解答客戶對貸款產品和流程的問題。
  • 處理資料輸入工作，確保準確性和完整性。
  • 執行其他文職工作，例如文件整理、檔案管理等。
要求： * 中五程度或以上的學歷。
  • 具有金融機構或相關客戶服務經驗者將獲優先考慮。
  • 具備良好的溝通技巧，能流利操廣東話，並具備基本英語和普通話能力。
  • 具備基本的電腦文書技能，包括使用 Microsoft Word、Excel，以及中文輸入法（倉頡/速成）
