- Run sold room reports, verify room status, determine discrepant rooms, prioritize room cleaning, and update status of departing guest rooms
- Coordinate with Front Desk to track readiness of rooms for check-in
- Document and resolve issues with discrepant rooms with the Front Desk
- Assist in preparation and distribution of assignment sheets/workboards to Housekeeping staff
- High diploma or above in Hospitality or related studies
- 1 year or above of relevant working experience
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
- Self-initiative, attentive to details and with good communication skills
- Hardworking and willing to work under pressure
