Assist the Sous Chef to ensure the high quality of food production in a specified kitchen section
Maintain the high standard of day-to-day operations
Monitor the cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen and adhere to the portion controls and standards of the Company

Requirements:

At least 2 years’ culinary experience in upscale western restaurants or hotels
A good team player with strong communication skills
Passionate about fine dining culinary skills
Good spoken of Cantonese and English
