- Provide support to BAU operations and process enhancement projects for Oracle Fusion Cloud - Financials Cloud
- Gather, prioritize, and deliver configuration adjustments
- Assist in implementing process improvement strategies and initiatives across multiple departments
- Conduct in-depth analyses of existing processes to identify inefficiencies, propose solutions, and recommend strategies to enhance productivity, efficiency, and quality
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather insights, perform process assessments, and implement process optimisations
- Develop and maintain a technical and functional knowledge base, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), root-cause analyses, and Oracle Fusion release note summaries
- Provide support for new initiatives in upstream systems and handle additional ad-hoc responsibilities as required
- Ensure compliance with established policies and procedures
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or other related discipline
- Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in systems design and development or project management
- Proven experience in Oracle EBS or Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications and change management
- Skilled at SQL for data manipulation
- Strong project management, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills with sound knowledge on process design and re-engineering.
- Strong communication skills in both verbal and written English and Chinese
