- Plan & Implement marketing activities, including but not limited to seasonal promotions, new product launch & brand activations on eCommerce platform with the objective to drive brand visibility, customer engagement & quality traffic for sales conversion.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure timely delivery of campaign materials for activation.
- Track competitors’ marketing activities and platform trends to identify new traffic-driving opportunities.
- Analyze platform data to generate actionable insights on customer behavior, monitor campaign performance & traffic metrics for optimization.
- Support CRM initiatives including segmentation, loyalty programs, and customer lifecycle marketing to drive long-term business growth in China market.
- Stay updated on eCommerce platform policies, seasonal events, and digital trends in the China market.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or related field
- Min. of 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing or eCommerce, preferably with hands-on experience on China eCommerce platforms
- Great collaborator to work under dynamic work environment with cross-functional communication on daily basis
- Familiarity with CRM tools or loyalty program management is a plus
- Excellent in written & spoken English, Mandarin & Cantonese
