Business Development Manager / Senior Manager Or below, Chinalife Trustee

• Participate in support, research and analysis of MPF products
• Provide sales, training and marketing supports
• Develop and monitor sales & distribution channels for market
• Achieve sales targets and new business volume goals
• Provide daily support to the sales & brokerage channels i.e. offer product and administrative training, case management, facilitate communication in regard to changes in procedures, compliance and guidelines
• Develop, formulate, and implement sales and marketing strategies to develop new business, build and maintain relationships with sales channels
• Be the subject matter expert and provide support to distribution channels, internal and external stakeholders
• Ensure a smooth process from pre-assessment to policy issuance
• Maintain good records, generate status reports for management as needed
• Support tasks / initiatives assigned by the department head from time to time

• University degree or above
• Minimum 2 years related MPF experience on direct, agent or brokerage business development, experience with international trustee or insurance companies is preferred
• Strong knowledge on life insurance products, premium financing, business insurance with company and trust structure; private banking, wealth planner, tax advisory, or trustee experience is an advantage
• Passed IIQE Paper 1, 3, 5 and a holder of FLMI or CFP is preferable
• Result oriented with emphasis on customer and quality
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Significant level of risk, sales quality, and compliance awareness
• Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin and English
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Manager
