Overview: We are seeking an experienced Senior Plant Operation Manager to lead our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility with a workforce of 600 individuals specializing in high precision machining processes and powder metallurgy components. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Industry 4.0 technologies, advanced automation systems, and AI-driven operational strategies. This role demands an innovative leader who develops talent while fostering a culture of ownership and continuous improvement. This role will be based in China.Key Responsibilities:Leadership & Management:Oversee daily plant operations, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency.Lead and motivate a team of 600 employees to achieve organizational goals.Develop and implement strategic plans for production enhancement.Industry 4.0 & Automation:Champion the integration of Industry 4.0 technologies into operations.Implement advanced automation systems for manufacturing efficiency.Promote the use of AI for predictive maintenance, quality control, and decision-making.Precision Machining & Powder Metallurgy:Ensure optimal setup and operation of high precision machining equipment.Oversee the manufacturing of powder metallurgy components to meet quality standards.Collaborate with R&D for process improvements and new product development.Talent Development & Ownership Mindset:Develop and execute training programs that enhance skills and foster an ownership mindset among employees.Mentor and coach individuals to grow into future leaders within the company.Encourage innovation and continuous improvement in all facets of operations.Performance Monitoring & Reporting:Establish KPIs and track performance metrics to ensure operational success.Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.Safety & Compliance:Maintain strict adherence to regulatory safety and environmental standards.Promote a culture of safety and responsibility across the workforce.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.Minimum of 10 years of experience in plant operations, with a focus on machining and metallurgy.Proven track record in leading large teams and implementing Industry 4.0 and automation technologies.Strong understanding of AI applications in manufacturing.Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.Why Join Us:Work in a cutting-edge facility with the latest manufacturing technologies.Be a part of a dynamic and forward-thinking leadership team.Opportunity to drive innovation and make a tangible impact on operations.All applications applied through our system will be delivered directly to the advertiser and privacy of personal data of the applicant will be ensured with security.
