Overview: We are seeking an experienced Senior Plant Operation Manager to lead our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility with a workforce of 600 individuals specializing in high precision machining processes and powder metallurgy components. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Industry 4.0 technologies, advanced automation systems, and AI-driven operational strategies. This role demands an innovative leader who develops talent while fostering a culture of ownership and continuous improvement.
