Upon successful and satisfactory completion of the 2-year programme, you will be promoted to Assistant Manager, Medical Aesthetics and enrolled into our 14-year Future CXO Development Programme. You will continue to receive guidance from the Executive Management team, and there will be individual rotation plan based on company development direction and your development needs. 14 years is just a guidance, as you will have chance to be progressed to our group CXO even faster, depending on your development progress.
