- Provide technical support for the development, upgrade, and ongoing maintenance of department portal
- Assist users in resolving installation and implementation issues related to department portal
- Conduct functional testing of system components developed by contractors and prepare release packages for deployment
- Review, maintain, and update system documentation, technical manuals, and public-facing web pages
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure system integrity and performance
- Higher Diploma or above in Information Technology or equivalent
- At least 3 years of working experience in Information Technology industry
- Hands-on experience in HTML and Linux System Administration is a must
- Hands-on experience in Helpdesk Call Handling is a must
- Good command of both spoken and written Chinese and English
