The DBA Architect will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and maintaining robust database architectures to support business operations.   • Designing and implementing scalable database architectures to meet business requirements.
  • Monitoring database performance and conducting regular optimization and tuning.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support application development and data integration.
  • Ensuring database security and compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Developing and maintaining database documentation, including schemas and data flow diagrams.
  • Providing technical guidance and support to junior database administrators and other team members.
  • Overseeing database backup, recovery, and disaster recovery planning.
  • Researching and implementing new database technologies and tools to improve efficiency.
ProfileA successful DBA Architect should have:
  • A strong educational background in computer science, information systems, or a related field.
  • Proven expertise in database design, implementation, and administration.
  • Experience with database platforms such as Oracle, SQL Server, or MySQL.
  • Knowledge of database security, backup, and recovery best practices.
  • Familiarity with cloud-based database solutions and technologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • The ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
