Who are we?The Silveri Hong Kong - MGallery is a bespoke luxury boutique hotel located a mere five minute drive from Hong Kong International Airport and forming part of the “Citygate” retail, commercial and hotel development. The hotel will appeal to business and leisure travelers who desire a unique, high end product and associated service levels.The Hotel comprises 206 rooms and suites, an Executive Lounge with outdoor terrace, a deli, bar and restaurant all surrounded by lush abundant greenery, 2 meeting rooms with natural daylight, 24-hrs gym and a large 25m outdoor swimming pool and Jacuzzi.Responsibilities
  • Responsible for room cleaning and turn down service to assigned guest rooms to ensure the overall cleanliness is up to hotel standard.
  • Set up furniture and replenish room amenities to ensure the setup is up to hotel standard.
  • Report to supervisor of any mechanical defects to ensure everything is in good condition in guest room
  • 負責房間清潔並根據酒店標準保持客房整潔
  • 以酒店標準設置及補充房間內所有物品
  • 向督導員匯報任何客房破損的地方
Requirements
  • Relevant working experience is preferred, or no experience but interested to join hospitality industry
  • Integrity and Initiative, Hardworking and responsible
  • Proficiency in Cantonese, able to communicate in basic Mandarin and English
  • 有相關工作經驗者會優先考慮，亦歡迎沒有任何相關工作經驗但有興趣加入酒店行業的申請者
  • 誠實及主動、勤奮並有責任心
  • 能以簡單廣東話、國語和英文溝通
