About the Role:We are seeking a motivated Graduate Trainee to join our glass process team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for candidates from any STEM background with strong logical thinking, reasoning, and communication skills to develop expertise in glass manufacturing processes.A Master’s degree is highly preferred.Key Responsibilities:Support process development, parameter evaluation, and design for manufacturability (DFM) in glass production.Assist in designing experiments (DOE) and collaborate with clients to produce independent verification reports.Contribute to the development of process automation and coordinate resources for equipment certification and reporting.Monitor project progress, handle abnormalities, and provide timely updates and reports.Work closely with clients and project managers to meet diverse project development requirements.Qualifications:Master’s degree or above in Chemistry, Materials Science, Physics, Mechanical Engineering, Electronics, or STEM discipline.Strong logical thinking, analytical skills, and excellent communication and coordination capabilities.Proficiency in data processing and presentation tools.Familiarity with production tools such as DOE, FMEA, and FACA, and basic analysis methods is a plus.English proficiency at CET-6 level or above, with effective spoken and written communication skills to engage with international clients.Willingness to travel between factories as needed.Strong teamwork skills and ability to work under pressure.Experience in electronic product (3C) development or glass manufacturing process is advantageous but not mandatory.If you are passionate about advancing your career in glass process development and enjoy working in a dynamic, collaborative environment, we encourage you to apply.Interested parties please send full resume with job responsibilities, career history, education, skills, current & expected salary, and date available in PDF Format.All applications applied through our system will be delivered directly to the advertiser and privacy of personal data of the applicant will be ensured with security.
