Store Planning Manager - Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan

Degree or relevant professional qualifications in Project Management/Interior Design/Architecture/Civil Engineering or related discipline with minimum of 10 years relevant experience.
Good knowledge of quality suppliers and building materials.
Experience in Retail/Construction background is an advantage.
Strong analytical and strategic thinking in procurement, vendors management and project management.
Time management and sense to details is key.
Good commercial and aesthetic sense.
Detail-oriented, self-motivated, strong organizational and communication skills.
Excellent command in both written and spoken English and Mandarin.
Multitasking, able to work under pressure within demanding environment.
Able to work independently and as a team.
Able to identify risk management initiative
Able and willing to travel.
Proficient in CAD, Excel, Words, PowerPoint, Photoshop.
