- Develop competitive compensation and benefits schemes by benchmarking the Company’s standards with the market situation
- Develop and administer an effective performance management system as part of the staff motivation tool
- Formulate and implement human resources policies and procedures in line with the Company's business requirements, market practices and legal stipulation
- Develop a people plan so as to ensure objectives of the Company and the functional departments are met
- Manage a diverse set of HR projects and initiatives, such as succession planning and onboarding process review to enhance new joiner experience
- Plan and direct training and development programmes
- Ensure efficient administration of the payroll system to maintain accuracy and effectiveness
- Develop and manage effective communication between the Company and all levels of staff
- Ensure compliance requirements are met through organizational and procedural measures including implementation of Group guidelines, performing training, monitoring compliance and so on.
- Bachelor Degree of above in Human Resources Management
- At least 15 years of related working experience, of which 5 years are at a department head level
- Proven track record of strategic human resources management exposure
- Conversant with prevailing HR practices & trends and knowledgeable of employment related legislation
