Head of Human Resources - Construction/Manufacturing

Develop competitive compensation and benefits schemes by benchmarking the Company’s standards with the market situation
Develop and administer an effective performance management system as part of the staff motivation tool
Formulate and implement human resources policies and procedures in line with the Company's business requirements, market practices and legal stipulation
Develop a people plan so as to ensure objectives of the Company and the functional departments are met
Manage a diverse set of HR projects and initiatives, such as succession planning and onboarding process review to enhance new joiner experience
Plan and direct training and development programmes
Ensure efficient administration of the payroll system to maintain accuracy and effectiveness
Develop and manage effective communication between the Company and all levels of staff
Ensure compliance requirements are met through organizational and procedural measures including implementation of Group guidelines, performing training, monitoring compliance and so on.

Job Requirements

Bachelor Degree of above in Human Resources Management
At least 15 years of related working experience, of which 5 years are at a department head level
Proven track record of strategic human resources management exposure
Conversant with prevailing HR practices & trends and knowledgeable of employment related legislation
