- To achieve the assigned business target as defined in KPI
- To ensure the integrity, discipline, product knowledge, selling skills & service standard are up to Bank standard and strictly follow internal/external rules & regulations and SOPs
- Prepare statistical & analytical reports to facilitate sales planning
- Conduct various sales activities effectively according to program schedule
- Actively cross-sell the Bank products and identify business opportunity
- Handle ad hoc tasks as assigned
- University graduate or above
- 3 years or above relevant experience, minimum 1 years in management experience
- Familiar with relevant policies and procedures of the Bank as well as regulatory requirements
- Self-motivated, mature, with an entrepreneurial mind
- Good communication and people management skills
- Aggressive & energetic with excellent negotiation & presentation skills
- Able to communicate in English and Mandarin
- PC knowledge
- Securities and Futures Intermediaries Qualifications and Insurance Intermediaries Qualifications will be an advantage
