- Utilise sourcing channels like LinkedIn Recruiter to identify, engage, and attract top talent for internal roles.
- Collaborate with the leadership team to understand team-specific recruitment needs and develop tailored hiring strategies.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to interviewing and ensuring seamless candidate placement.
- Screen CVs, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers.
- Provide exceptional communication and a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Work closely with our key external recruitment suppliers in a proactive manner
- Track and report recruitment metrics, keeping leadership informed of progress and challenges.
- Take on broader HR responsibilities, including onboarding, employee engagement, and support for wider HR initiatives (for full time).
- Recruitment Expertise: Basic recruitment experience is essential, with demonstrated use of LinkedIn Recruiter or similar sourcing tools.
- Strong Communication Skills: Ability to engage effectively with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Collaborative Mindset: Work closely with leadership to align hiring strategies with business needs.
- Organised and Proactive: Manage multiple priorities and maintain a structured approach to tasks.
- HR Knowledge (Optional): Experience in HR or interest in taking on wider HR responsibilities is a bonus.
