- Support the Senior Manager in overseeing a youth team to assist in delivering various events, including managing venue owners, creative partners, and stakeholders to ensure all key objectives are met to quality standards.
- Plan and deliver the full year Programme for the Swire Properties Placemaking Academy, coordinating activities involved in event design, development, marketing, and delivery to ensure events are produced on schedule and within budget.
- Assist in planning and managing the Swire Properties Placemaking Academy, including recruitment, lectures, and presentation events, while establishing high standards for event execution that align with the company’s mission.
- Creating an alumni Programme to nurture Swire Properties placemaking advocates while providing value and opportunities for young people
- Connect with and manage event partners to execute all aspects of events, such as food and beverage, live entertainment, retail, interactive workshops, and fundraising.
- Manage the budget, maintain performance measurements and assessment criteria, and ensure timely delivery of event communications and merchandise.
- Implement performance metrics and evaluation processes to assess the effectiveness of events and Programmes, making data-driven recommendations for future initiatives.
- Providing content and managing social media platforms for Public Affairs Department
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- A minimum of 6 years of experience in event management, promotion, sponsorship, and corporate hospitality Programmes with a reputable organization.
- Proven leadership skills in coaching and guiding teams to deliver events, particularly in mentoring and empowering youth in a corporate environment, along with extensive event management expertise.
- Strong passion for CSR Programmes related to youth empowerment and placemaking education, with hands-on experience in youth empowerment projects.
- Demonstrated ability in multi-platform communications and effective project management across diverse stakeholder groups.
