Conduct market research to identify potential service providers and collaborate with stakeholders to define specifications and requirements for tender documents
Monitor the performance of existing contracts and ensure they meet the required service level
Work closely with the operations team to monitor and support service provision
Investigate incidents, accidents, and complaints related to contractor performance, engaging stakeholders to facilitate performance enhancement
Execute projects for apron and Airfield infrastructure & facilities to enhance operational efficiency and meet International Civil Aviation Organisation (ICAO) standards and aerodrome licensing requirements
Support technological transformation for Airfield operations and automation projects
Facilitate procurement exercises for consumables required for Airfield maintenance
Required to work office duties and be available for shift work when necessary
QualificationsRequirements:
Bachelor’s Degree holder with a minimum of 3 years’ work experience, preferably in Airfield operations
Good team player with strong communication, interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Proactive, self-motivated, responsible and capable of working independently and under pressure
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Good spoken and written English and Chinese. Knowledge in Putonghua is an advantage
Possess a valid HK driving license with Class 1 endorsement
