- Taking part in implementation, maintenance, and testing on system changes/enhancements of the email system and its system interface with other central services, and systems in other bureaux/departments (B/Ds).
- Maintaining and supporting the email system, including the Microsoft Exchange servers, web application servers (.NET/IIS) and its integration with other sub-systems.
- Identifying and resolving reported issues for the email system including but not limited to mail routing, mail operation, etc., replying to the reported users, and creating and maintaining knowledgebase documents for the team to refer in future for resolutions.
- Maintaining and preparing scripts (Exchange PowerShell and Windows PowerShell) to automate tasks and integration with other sub-systems.
- Monitoring and reporting system usage and healthiness.
- Reviewing the system resources and conducting regular capacity planning to meet changing demands.
- Assisting in assuring and controlling of the quality of the project deliverables produced by the contractors/vendors.
- Providing daily administrative support and producing reports and deliverables meeting the internal standards and requirements of the project.
- Providing liaison and support to different stakeholders, and other B/Ds on the production changes.
- Self-motivated, able to work independently under pressure, multi-tasking and energetic.
- Working outside office hours and providing on-call production support.

Requirements - Minimum of 4 years of post-qualification IT experience, in which includes a minimum of 1 years of working experience in system analysis and design.
- Minimum of 2 years of working experience in system implementation, maintenance and support of IT system.
- Minimum of 2 years of working experience in administration of Microsoft Exchange Server 2016/2019/Subscription Edition.
- Minimum of 2 years of working experience in configuration and support of Microsoft Outlook 2016/2019/2021/2024.
- Knowledge and experience in working with/in the Government is preferred.
- Good command in spoken and written English is required.
- Good command in spoken Mandarin is preferred.
Technical Skills:
. At least 2 years' experience in System Implementation and Maintenance/Support (SIM);
. 1 year's experience in Multi-tier System Integration (MSI) is an advantage.
Non-technical Skills:
. Good spoken English is a must;
. Good written English is a must;
. Good coordination skills is an advantage;
. 1 year's experience in work with the Government (GOV) is an advantage;
. 1 year's experience in managing Government projects (MGP) is an advantage;
. Good Putonghua is an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree/Higher Diploma in Computer Science, IT or equivalent;
- At least 4 years' post-qualification experience in which at least 1 year's relevant experience in a similar post and in a comparable capacity.
