- Provide comprehensive secretarial support to General Manager / Assistant General Manager;
- Handle and follow up on the hotel room reservations for owner and management company;
- Manage executive’s schedules, appointments, and meetings to ensure smooth coordination and seamless logistics;
- Attend management meetings and prepare agenda and minutes;
- Act as the primary liaison between executives and various internal and external stakeholders, facilitating timely and effective communication;
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with the highest level of discretion and professionalism;
- Possess relevant academic background with formal secretarial training is an advantage;
- Possess relevant working experience in serving senior management in sizeable organization, preferably in hotel industry;
- Well organized, mature, proactive and able to work independently under minimum supervision;
- Proficiency in office procedure, handling correspondence, reports and minutes taking.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills in dealing with all level of staff and owners’ representatives;
- Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese;
- Solid PC knowledge, including proficiency in MS Office, and strong computer skills in using software in both Chinese and English.
