- Team Leadership:Manage and mentor a team of 3-5 data analysts, fostering their professional growth and ensuring the team delivers high-quality insights and solutions.
- AI & LLM Development:Design, develop, and implement advanced artificial intelligence solutions, with a focus on large language models that address complex business challenges.
- Data Strategy:Develop and drive the organization's data science strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and execution of enterprise-level initiatives.
- Project Management:Oversee the end-to-end delivery of data science projects, from ideation to deployment, ensuring timely delivery and operationalization of models.
- Collaboration:Partner with cross-functional teams (engineering, product, business units) to translate data-driven insights into actionable strategies.
- Innovation:Keep up with industry trends, research advancements in AI/ML, and apply cutting-edge techniques to enhance data capabilities and solutions.
- Performance Monitoring:Establish KPIs for projects and models, ensuring continuous monitoring and optimization to drive impactful results.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field. A Master's or PhD is preferred.
- 8+ years of progressive experience in data science, analytics, or related roles, including leadership positions managing teams.
- Expert knowledge in artificial intelligence and machine learning, with hands-on experience in developing and fine-tuning large language models (LLMs) such as GPT, BERT, or similar.
- Proficiency in programming languages and tools such as Python, R, SQL, and frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Strong foundation in statistics, data modeling, and algorithm development.
- Excellent analytical skills and a proven ability to solve complex, real-world business problems using data.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
