- Identify and develop business opportunities and client networks globally
- Meet monthly sales targets and KPIs set by Management
- Develop new markets through strategic initiatives
- Review and analyze market trends and scalability to help determine proper wholesale business strategies in each region
- Foster strong relationships with clients (both online and offline)
- Collaborate with Customer Service Department to maintain client satisfaction
- Oversee order fulfillment processes for seamless operations
- Review and approval for online clients’ applications
- Analyze product performance and enhance active listings on platform
- Monitor competitors' pricing strategies and implement effective sales and pricing strategies
- Manage Search Engine Marketing tools and related marketing budget
- Coordinate EDM promotions targeting specific client groups
- Assist in various projects to enhance operational efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for a cohesive consumer experience
- Perform any other ad hoc tasks assigned by Management
- 4+ years managing B2B/Wholesale accounts, meeting sales targets; less experienced candidates will be considered for Assistant Wholesale Manager roles
- Diploma or higher in Marketing/Business/eCommerce or related fields
- Experience with eCommerce backend systems is beneficial
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Capable of working independently and under pressure, while fostering teamwork to achieve company objectives
