Senior Compliance Manager (Public Sector)

• Develop policies, guidelines, and procedures to enhance governance for government trust-funded projects
• Support due diligence and manage compliance reviews, including specific case handling
• Follow up on internal and special audit exercises to improve governance practices
• Collaborate with programme teams to build project plans and compliance-focused processes
• Maintain compliance standards and drive continuous improvement in risk management infrastructure
• Conduct reviews and refine compliance frameworks and support systems
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline
• Minimum 10 years of senior-level compliance experience, ideally in NGOs, government, or public/social service sectors
• Excellent problem-solving, writing (English and Chinese), and communication skills
• Proven leadership with a proactive and innovative mindset
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Experience in project management, stakeholder engagement, and knowledge management
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
