  • Lead collaboration across internal stakeholders, including Commercial, Logistics, and Regional teams, to maximize synergy and effectiveness in restaurant marketing initiatives.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging and communication across all touchpoints, delivering a seamless user experience across external media, in-app exposure, and ATL to BTL campaigns.
  • Work closely with regional CRM and content teams to develop and execute content strategy.
  • Monitor and analyze market and competitor trends to ensure marketing strategies remain relevant and competitive.
  • Evaluate the performance of marketing investments, driving continuous improvement and ROI optimization.
  • Leverage data-driven insights to enhance the effectiveness of all marketing communications and campaigns.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in brand management or consumer marketing. Experience in loyalty program would be an advantage.
  • Candidates with more less experience may be considered for the Senior Executive level.
  • Strong commercial acumen and analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret data and drive results in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervision, while effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive change.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a strong sense of accountability and ownership.
  • Proven ability to manage priorities and navigate high-pressure situations with sound judgment.
  • Passionate and structured team leader with a consumer- and market-centric mindset and strong business insight.
  • A proactive and dependable team player, committed to achieving team objectives and driving market growth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in both English and Cantonese; strong negotiation skills are a plus.
