Responsible for reviewing Influencer applicants from various programs and sources
Responsible for engaging shortlisted applicants for collaboration and social content posting
Develop long-term relationships with influencers
Research competitor Influencer programs
Generate new initiatives to improve the impact of our Influencer programs
Assist team members in content and influencer review
Perform other duties as assigned by Management

Desired Skills and Experience:

Excellent command of written and spoken English
Degree holder or above in Marketing/ Business/ eCommerce or related disciplines
0-2 years or above working experience in eCommerce, preferably in beauty and fast-fashion industry
Fresh graduate is welcome
Strong interest in Korean and Asian branded beauty products
Strong interest in social media, influencer marketing and affiliate marketing
Well-organized, detailed minded and able to manage multiple tasks
Able to work independently and under pressure, as well as cooperate well with team and stakeholders to achieve company goals
