Role Purpose:We are looking for a talented and experienced Business Analyst specializing in Business Intelligence (BI) to join our dynamic team in Regional Online Business division. The selected candidate will spearhead eCommerce data management projects, develop and uphold BI tools such as dashboards and reports, conduct market research to support strategic decision-making.​A typical day in this Role:
  • Lead regional eCommerce projects (data management focus), ensuring accurate and efficient data collection, storage and analysis
  • Create and maintain BI tools such as dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights and guidance
  • Optimize and standardize operational processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
  • Act as technical lead person in supporting data engineering and analytics solutions for internal stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement data-driven strategies for business growth
  • Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscapes
  • Support ad-hoc projects and tasks as requested

Success will depend on:
  • Academic background in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration or other related disciplines
  • Relevant full-time work experience, preferably MNCs environment
  • Proficiency level of Oracle PL/SQL or MS SQL is a MUST, Python, VBA / MS Excel (Macro) is definitively ADVANTAGE
  • Experience in development on Tableau, Power BI, Business Object or other business intelligence (BI) tools is a plus
  • Self-motivated, logical, detail minded person demanding for delivery good quality, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills, able to work independently
  • Innovative and fast learner with strong can-do attitude
  • Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, including Mandarin
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Business Analyst
