Job Description:The CompanyOur client, a premier global financial institution, is establishing a new team focused on secondary market trading for HK IPO, equities, fixed income, debenture. Due to significant business expansion, they seek an accomplished Portfolio Manager to join their dynamic investment team.The Role
  • Manage an equity portfolio and lead the Anchor/Cornerstone investments for HKIPO.
  • Conducted in-depth research on equities and convertible bonds in the Greater China region.
  • Prepared internal research reports, attended company visits/meetings, collected industry/ company information, and built and maintained financial models for investment targets.
  • Lead the full investment lifecycle, from due diligence and selection to execution and ongoing management of a diversified equity portfolio.
  • Oversee the end-to-end settlement process to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
Your Profile
  • Degree holder in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related discipline.
  • Professional accounting or finance certification (CFA, etc.) is a plus.
  • 5-8 years of direct buy-side experience, specifically in executing and managing offshore secondary market equity investments.
  • Proven expertise in secondary markets, IPO transactions, and asset management trading strategies.
