Job Description:Details of the Division and Team:To lead one of the Center of Competency for key non-financial risks for Private Banking Emerging Markets, with a focus on Investor Protection, Suitability & Appropriateness and Pricing transparency risks. This role ensures robust governance, advisory, and oversight across these critical risk domains, client services delivered in compliance with global and local regulatory expectations, investment products and advisory services meet suitability and appropriateness standards whilst supporting sustainable and compliant growth of the Private Banking business.The role requires the candidate to lead the competency area for the EM business with Front Office presence across Singapore, Hong Kong, UAE, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, India.
