Ideal for fresh graduates in IT or Computer Science, this role offers hands-on experience in troubleshooting, maintenance, and project coordination, strong communication and problem-solving skills are a plus.Job Duties
  • Provide first-level technical support for hotel staff and guests, including troubleshooting hardware, software, and system issues
  • Assist with setup and configuration of IT equipment and user accounts for daily operations and new employee onboarding
  • Perform routine maintenance and monitoring of computers, servers, and network devices
  • Maintain accurate documentation of IT assets, system updates, and network devices
  • Support hotel staff in using IT systems effectively and contribute to basic training materials
  • Assist the MIS Manager with IT projects, including coordination, testing and progress tracking
Job RequirementsThe Non-Negotiables (Must-Have)
  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
  • Fresh Graduates are welcome

  • Basic knowledge of networking, system administration, and troubleshooting
  • Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented approach
  • Good problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
