We are currently working with an MNC Insurance client for their Digital project around Distribution Platform.We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and coordinate key projects within the Agency platform project. This role is responsible for planning, executing, and stakeholder management. Project Manager will collaborate with cross functional teams including IT, Business, Operations, and Digital across Regional and Local Business Units.Key Responsibilities:Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with stakeholders.Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents.Manage project budgets, resource allocation, and timelines.Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for seamless project execution.Identify and manage project risks, issues, and changes to ensure successful project outcomes.Lead cross-functional project teams through all phases of the project lifecycle.Monitor and report on project progress, issues, and outcomes to stakeholders and executive leadership.Qualifications:5+ years of project management experience, preferably in the insurance industry.Strong understanding of Life Insurance industryProven experience in managing cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders.Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Asana, or similar).PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification.Fluency in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin is preferredAll applications applied through our system will be delivered directly to the advertiser and privacy of personal data of the applicant will be ensured with security.
