We are a Hong Kong listed company looking for a passionate and highly organized AI Project Coordinator to manage and execute AI-driven design projects. The ideal candidate will be skilled in leveraging cutting-edge AI tools for text, image, and video content creation, while coordinating diverse design tasks, project management, and handling essential documentation.職責範圍 | Responsibilities專案管理 | Project Management規劃及協調公司內外大小項目，確保按時完成並達到質量要求。
Plan and coordinate internal and external projects to ensure timely completion and quality standards.與客戶及團隊保持緊密聯繫，處理項目需求並提供解決方案。
Maintain close communication with clients and teams to address project requirements and deliver solutions.AI 工具應用 | AI Utilization使用 AI 工具進行文字創作（如文案、文章、報告等）。
Generate text content such as copywriting, articles, and reports using AI tools.利用 AI 技術生成創意圖片及影片，支援市場及設計需求。
Create visual and video content using AI technologies to support marketing and design needs.設計支持 | Design Support設計平面素材，包括海報、傳單、名片等市場推廣物料。
Design graphic materials such as posters, flyers, and business cards.製作專業商業簡報 (PPT) 或報告，滿足內部及外部需求。
Develop professional business presentations (PPT) or reports for internal and external purposes.行政文件處理 | Administrative Support協助公司完成計劃書、報價單及其他雜項文件。
Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, and other miscellaneous documents.必備技能 | Required Skills熟悉的 AI 工具 | Familiarity with AI Tools:文字生成工具 | Text Generation Tools: ChatGPT, Jasper AI, Writesonic圖片生成工具 | Image Generation Tools: MidJourney, DALL·E, Stable Diffusion影片生成工具 | Video Creation Tools: Pictory AI, Runway ML, Synthesia設計軟件技能 | Design Software Skills:Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign (平面設計 | Graphic Design)Canva (簡報及社交媒體設計 | Presentation and Social Media Design)PowerPoint, Google Slides (簡報製作 | Presentation Creation)加分技能 | Bonus Skills:3D 設計工具（如 Blender） | Proficiency in 3D design tools (e.g., Blender)資格要求 | Qualifications歡迎應屆畢業生申請，擁有 1 至 3 年相關經驗 者更佳。
Fresh graduates are welcome; 1-3 years of relevant experience is an advantage.擁有設計、廣告、資訊科技或相關學科的學士學位。
Bachelor’s degree in design, marketing, advertising, IT, or related disciplines.對 AI 技術有濃厚興趣，並具備快速學習能力。
Strong interest in AI technologies with a fast learning ability.具備良好的溝通能力、團隊合作精神及解決問題的態度。
